Traditional Buddhist Insight Meditation (also called Vipassana)
Extra day for beginners
One day of fairly intensive, mostly silent, meditation practice and discussion.
These one-day sessions are highly recommended for those who have completed the House of Dhamma Taster course or who are familiar with the Mahasri Sayadaw
(or Section 5 Wat Mahadhatu) tradition and who wish to brush up their practice or to refine it.
The one-day session can be requested by individual meditators as a refresher.
